Itinerary for the 3-Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour
Day 1: Marrakech → High Atlas Mountains → Ait Ben Haddou → Merzouga Desert
Your journey begins with a morning pickup from your accommodation. As we leave Marrakech behind, we’ll cross the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains and visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featured in famous films. After a delicious lunch en route, we’ll continue toward Merzouga, where you’ll unwind at a traditional riad for the night.

Day 2: Full Day to Discover the Merzouga Desert
Wake up to a stunning sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. After breakfast, enjoy a day packed with activities: a 4×4 tour through the desert to meet Berber nomads, a visit to the hidden village of Mefis, and some lively Gnawa music in Khamlia. After a lunch break, relax or take a dip at the riad before your afternoon camel trek. Ride deep into the desert as the sun sets and arrive at a luxury camp for dinner and stargazing.
